All you need to get started is a SIP phone, high-speed internet connection (100 MB) and computer/laptop running Windows 8 or higher.
  • We will assign a DID number or port your existing number
  • We will pre-program the phone and ship it to your location
  • We will train you how to use the PBX portal to change features
  • Automatic software upgrades are included
CTI CLOUD BUSINESS WITH PRODUCTIVITY SOFTWARE
All you need to get started is a SIP phone, high-speed internet connection (100 MB) and computer/laptop running Windows 8 or higher.
  • We will set-up your virtual server in our secure data center to house CTI productivity software
  • Set-up Customer's Profile on your virtual PBX
  • Analyze network to determine if new data switches and routers are required
  • Train the administration/user(s) on the PBX/CTI Software (if applicable)
  • Program SIP phone(s)
  • Run cable if necessary
